Return Process

Faultless Returns: 

If the issue is not on your end, we’ll offer reprinting compensation.

Customer Error: If the return is due to the buyer's fault or a similar reason, no returns will be entertained.  

Sales Are Final

At Shop.Print247.Us, our sales are final; nothing can be modified once the order is placed!. You’ve got 2 days from the receipt date, like damaged issues, or the parcel doesn’t match your ordered specifications or designs.

Custom Made or Print On Demand

As we make customized products thus any used product is not suitable for a refund.

In case of defects, after informing us within 3 days, it's your sales responsibility to ensure utilizing a traceable method.

Careful Shipping

 It is important to note that each product we sell goes through a careful inspection before it is shipped.  After these items are carefully shipped, shipped and there is a defect and you want reprinting new shipping charges for may incur.

Not Something You Ordered?

If there is you receive the merchandise and it doesn’t comply with what you have ordered or mentioned? There will be replacement compensation in the form of a repeat order, and that too when you place a new order.

Credit Insurance:

As a trustworthy company, we believe in fair dealing with clients, the chances of errors are very low, but if it occurs as a return we will provide free high-quality re-printing in return. 

Returns Timing: 

After the prior investigation takes place, we will give you a return in the form of reprinting within 7-13 business days thus it involves receiving and processing your returns. 

Particularly Returns in the Form Of Reprinting Under Any Circumstances

 We highly value our customers, thus in case you received the torn box, or it went through an accidental occurrence, we will be reprinting it as a compensation process. There is no monetary compensation from us in any situation.

All sales are final, and there can be no modifications later. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receiving, please contact us. 

Inform Us Within 2 Days

All replacement claims must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is lost or delayed by the courier or logistic service provider. Compensation is by means of reprinting, neither no monetary compensation. 

Carrier Complaints Are Dealt With Directly By You

If you have any claims related to the carrier it's your responsibility to make any claims and delivery issues or damage to the return of the shipment; we cater to no such fuss. 


Shipment Discrepancies:

If there are any discrepancies or damaged shipments, get them addressed by writing to us within 7 days of receipt.  

Replacement Requirements

Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a replacement. Online store Shop.Print247.Us reserves the right to judge what manufacturing defects or dimensional changes have been incurred. 

If you refuse to receive an order that is upto your requirements, it's not acceptable as it is of no use for us as we strive to make each order custom printed. Also, our team is concerned about checking your order, reach out to us at support@print247.u from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT Mon-Fri. Also, remember to have your order number handy when you call; you will be receiving a response within 48 hours after the new request submission.

We Investigate it First 

On a case-by-case basis, we will further investigate and determine if there has been any negligence on our part or it's something else, thus we will implement the best solution. Please reach out to our customer support so that they can share key updates with you right away.
